Everybody knows that they may take a printout from their mobile phone but the condition is that the mobile phone should be connected by printer device.

 

This work can be easy when if the printer is wireless and connected by wifi through mobile phone. If your printer is not having wireless, then what to do?

 

In this Situation you can use Google Cloud Print service for taking printout from mobile phone. For this printer must be connected with computer and computer must be connected with internet.

 

The way Google Cloud works is not very complicated. Under this, your Chrome browser account is attached to your printer. When you are connected to the same account on both smart phones and computers, it is possible to send a signal through the cloud. Now it’s possible to print, let's see how you can print from mobile.

Step 1-

 

First you will have to connect printer to your chrome account

 

Open Google chrome on your computer.

 

Sign in your Google chrome account

 

Click on menu button on the upper right side of the page with three lines.

 

Click on Setting and the browser will open in a new page.

 

Click on show advance setting option.

 

Go to the option of Google cloud printers.

 

First click on manage after that click on add printers.

 

The list of printers associated with your computer will now appear, select the printer

you want and click on the Add Printers button.

 

Step 2-

Activate cloud print on mobile phone

 

Many Android phones already have Google Cloud Print Service, if your phone also has this, then you do not have to do anything.

 

If you don’t have Google cloud prints then download it from Google play store and install it.

Step 3-

After Google Cloud Print is installed, the print facility is added to the menu that appears with your documents, photos etc.

 

It is not that you have to open Google Cloud Print App before you can print any. So Printouts take this way-

 

Make sure the printer is connected to the computer and has been logged into your Google Chrome browser with the same account from which your phone is connected.

 

Open the document and images on the phone that you want to take printout.

 

Tap on the right side menu with three dots.

 

Tap on the print option

 

Now tap on arrow which will show on the right side save as PDF option.

 

After taping this, this will show you printers name and now tap on the printer option that you want.

 

Now click on the print button and your printout will come.

 

So this is the easy method to take printout from your mobile phone without connecting via any USB cable or without removing your memory card from your mobile phone. Some time you don’t have USB cable when you required at that time this technique will help you.
